ProPlace Free Trial: What You Get in 7 Days of Full Access

The short version: the trial is the product. Seven days, everything included, no card taken at signup — and because we never took a card, nothing can convert and nothing can be charged. When the week ends you either choose a plan or you don't.

Full access means full access

From the moment you sign up, you see the same ranked list, the same conviction scores and the same player cards as a paying subscriber. No locked tabs, no blurred rows, no upgrade prompts mid-card. A trial that hides the good bits wouldn't tell you whether the tool fits your research; this one is a live week of the real thing — the rankings you see are the rankings a subscriber on day 200 sees.

The ranked list

The core output is a single list covering every player in the current PGA Tour and DP World Tour fields — the whole field, ranked by the gap between model probability and market consensus, biggest gaps first.

Each player card shows:

• The model probability of a top finish
• The prevailing market consensus figure
• The size of the gap between the two
• A conviction score out of 10
• A plain-English summary explaining why the player has been flagged

Conviction scores

A large gap between model probability and market consensus only means something if the underlying data is consistent, and that's what the conviction score measures. It reflects how strongly the eight model factors — strokes gained total, course history, recent form, course fit, strokes gained approach, strokes gained putting, driving and travel impact — align for a given player. All eight pointing the same way produces a high score; when they conflict, it drops accordingly. High gap with high conviction is a different animal from high gap with low conviction, and during your trial week the score is the quickest way to tell them apart.

Both tours, every tournament

PGA Tour and DP World Tour fields are analysed each week, and when events run concurrently you see rankings for both. Worth knowing: some of the clearest gaps between model probability and market consensus appear in DP World Tour fields, where consensus is thinner and the data has more room to disagree with it. The headline event isn't always where the interesting numbers are.

The published track record

Before you subscribe — ideally before your trial is halfway done — read the track record at proplace.golf/performance. It's the complete log, not a highlights reel, and the most useful thing you can do with your seven days is cross-reference the current rankings against it. Watch whether the flagged players perform as the signal suggested. That's a better evaluation than any marketing claim, including ours.

How to use the week well

Work through one full tournament cycle:

• Review the ranked list before the tournament starts.
• Note which players carry the highest conviction scores and the largest gaps.
• Read the plain-English summaries so you understand the reasoning, not just the numbers.
• Watch the tournament play out against the model's signal.
• Check the track record at proplace.golf/performance alongside the current week.

One cycle is enough to give you a genuine read on whether the output matches how you research.

After the trial

If it fits, the subscription is £20 per month or £200 per year — the annual plan saves £40 against monthly, and both carry full access with the ability to cancel at any time. If it doesn't fit, do nothing: the trial simply ends after seven days, nothing converts, and you're not charged.
